Upasana joined Mary House of Compassion Trust on September 10, 2025, coming from Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. She is the daughter of Kalabandha Ashok and Rajeshwari. When she arrived, she was dealing with a blood infection, but with the careful medical attention and nourishment at the Trust, she made a full recovery and is now in good health. Though she is still young and in 2nd class, Upasana already shows a bright curiosity and a love for the English language and studying. Her dream is to become a Teacher one day — to give back the very gift of learning that is now being given to her.
